In 'Dial of Destiny,' a franchise strains to keep up

"Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" aims to serve up a smorgasbord of familiar Indy blockbuster pleasures, but for film critic Justin Chang, it's also a lament for the film industry that used to be.
