Driver arrested in fatal crash that killed Loyola High School senior had a suspended license, records show A 33-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and killing Loyola High School senior Braun Levi was driving on a suspended license from a previous drunk driving arrest, according to public records. Jenia Resha Belt had previously been charged with DUI stemming from a crash Nov. 25, 2023, and is not permitted behind the wheel of a car, according to records provided to The Times by the DMV.
