brought to you by Singapore Airlines. It's the official kickoff to
L.A.'s biggest month in food, as well as your chance to mingle with
top chefs and sample an all-inclusive food and drink menu of
dishes from the festival — before anyone else.

The night will feature special guest Chef Malcolm Lee of Singapore's Candlenut: the world's first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant, as well as acclaimed L.A. chefs Chef Keith Corbin of Alta Adams and Chef Jon Yao of Kato. More chefs coming soon!
