"A Thousand and One" captures the journey of a resilient mother
and her son as they build a life together in New York City.
Unapologetic and free-spirited, Inez (Teyana Taylor) kidnaps her
6-year-old son from the foster care system and sets out to reclaim
a sense of home, identity and stability in a rapidly changing city.
