Video shows immigration agents interrogating a Latino U.S. citizen, confiscating his ID

Brian Gavidia was working on West Olympic Boulevard in Montebello when he heard immigration agents were outside.‍

Video shows immigration agents interrogating U.S. citizen, confiscating his ID Brian Gavidia was working on West Olympic Boulevard in Montebello when he heard immigration agents were outside. Gavidia stepped outside and within seconds, he said, a man wearing a vest with "Border Patrol Federal Agent" written on it began questioning him. Video taken by Gavidia's friend shows two agents holding Gavidia against a blue fence as he tells them they are twisting his arm. "I'm an American citizen," Gavidia said in the video. Read more
