Alex Padilla attempted to interrupt a press conference Thursday with Deptartment of Homeland Security officials, including Secretary Kristi Noem, who was discussing local immigration efforts. Video from the incident shows several individuals forcibly remove Padilla from the conference as he said, "I am Senator Alex Padilla. I have questions for the secretary."
